- Rye Dosa Mix
- Salt
- Idli Batter(optional)
- Coriander Leaves
- Curry Leaves
- Green Chillies
Preparation Method
- Pour 500ml water to the mix in the packet, add salt to your need and mix it well, you can mix the powder in idli batter too.
- Soak the mixture for at least an hour and make paper light dosa in medium heat.
- Serve it with coconut chutney, tomato chutney.
- Tasty and healthy Kambu dosa is ready!
