- Drumstick Leaves Mix
- Onion
- Green Chillies
- Curry Leaves
- Coriander Leaves
- Salt
- Turmeric
Preparation Method
- Add the powder in water and mix it in adai consistency.
- Let it soak for 1 hour. Add finely chopped onion, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt and turmeric powder to the mix. You can mix the powder with dosa / idli batter.
- Make crispy adai in a dosa pan and serve it hot.
