Murungai Adai – Drumstick Leaves Adai

Product Description

Murungai / Drumstick is rich in antioxidants. It promotes health by lowering blood sugar and cholesterol  levels. Upon any inflammation due to injury, consuming this millet will help reduce the inflammation.

Ingredients 

  1. Drumstick Leaves Mix
  2. Onion
  3. Green Chillies
  4. Curry Leaves
  5. Coriander Leaves
  6. Salt
  7. Turmeric

Preparation Method

  1. Add the powder in water and mix it in adai consistency. 
  2. Let it soak for 1 hour. Add finely chopped onion, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt and turmeric powder to the mix. You can mix the powder with dosa / idli batter. 
  3. Make crispy adai in a dosa pan and serve it hot.
