Ingredients
- Multi-Millet Dosa Mix
- Idli / Dosa Batter (optional)
- Salt
- Chopped Onion
- Coriander Leaves
- Curry Leaves
- Green Chillies
Preparation Method
- Add the powder in water and mix it in adai consistency. You can mix the powder with dosa / idli batter.
- Let it soak for 1 hour. Add finely chopped onion, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt and turmeric powder to the mix.
- Make crispy adai in a dosa pan and serve it hot.
