Ingredients

  1. Multi-Millet Dosa Mix
  2. Idli / Dosa Batter (optional)
  3. Salt
  4. Chopped Onion
  5. Coriander Leaves
  6. Curry Leaves
  7. Green Chillies

Preparation Method

  1. Add the powder in water and mix it in adai consistency. You can mix the powder with dosa / idli batter.
  2. Let it soak for 1 hour. Add finely chopped onion, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt and turmeric powder to the mix. 
  3. Make crispy adai in a dosa pan and serve it hot.
