Preparation Method
Balloon Vine is a type of spinach.
- Add the powder with dosa batter or water and let it soak for 1 hour.
- Then, add salt to your need, chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves and green chillies in the batter. You can mix it with any kind of batter.
- Make paper light dosa in the pan with medium heat.
- Serve it hot and crispy with mint chutney.
