Ingredients

  1. Little Millet Balloon Vine Mix
  2. Salt
  3. Dosa Batter
  4. Coriander Leaves
  5. Curry Leaves
  6. Green Chillies

Preparation Method

Balloon Vine is a type of spinach. 

  1. Add the powder with dosa batter or water and let it soak for 1 hour. 
  2. Then, add salt to your need, chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves and green chillies in the batter. You can mix it with any kind of batter. 
  3. Make paper light dosa in the pan with medium heat.
  4. Serve it hot and crispy with mint chutney.
