Preparation Method
- Add water and salt to the puttu mix in the packet and slowly mix it with your hands.
- Steam-boil the mixed ingredients in an Idli vessel for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with scraped coconut and cardamom powder for flavor.
- You can either serve it as steam boiled rice cake / puttu or like upma.
