- Coriander Leaves
- Curry Leaves
- Green Chillies
Preparation Method
- Add the powder in water and mix it well in dosa consistency.
- Let it soak for an hour. Add salt to your need, chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chillies to the batter. You can mix it with any kind of batter.
- Make paper light dosa in the pan with medium heat.
- Serve it hot and crispy with mint chutney.
